  1. Hi Skis I never expected to hear anything on that post. It's ages since I came onto Sheffield Forum. My post was almost 9 years ago in 2004. I was actually alerted to your first post on my google mail. Although I don't even remember the school window now. regards Alanbro.

  3. We allus used to go round t'lump when we lived on t' Parson Cross. It's called dialect me dears and not slang, but ni mind if that dunt gerrit. Ah bet Bobby Knutt still uses it!
  4. I changed back to the original subject to get the ball rolling again! Royalty have long discussions about subjects ha ha ! ( Chinese emperors also!)
  5. They could have dragon boat racing with the Duke as coxswain and Chinese fireworks for the opening day.
  6. Saw Harry Potter Deathly Hallows 2. Glad I saw it in 3D. Fabuloso!
  7. I'll probably be going to see new HP film next week. Will let you know what I think to it! Def initely want to see it in 2D though. Saw Transformers film in 2 D.
  8. Just seen new Transformers film. Was pleasantly surprised Was persuaded to go or wouldnt have bothered. But definitely enjoyed it!

  12. I think it was the Essoldo in Ecclesfield. Went in only once with my mates and we got thrown out for messing about. It had the nickname, "Bug hut!" That was in the late 1950's.
