Hi all, can you help? my daughter has just had a samsung laptop bought for her. we have bought some cd/roms for her so that she can keep up with maths and reading stuff. what i want to know. how do i get programs onto the laptop when it doesn't have a disc reader. i do have my computer that has got a disc reader...any help would be good. thanks all.

what's happened to one of the wind turbines at catcliffe? drove past last night and noticed that a blade was missing from one of them. hope it didn't hit any one. was it the wind ?or was it a spaceship that knocked it off (lol)

i used to go to dr Gowers, his surgery was in the back room, (sort of conservatory) and when you went thro the front door the receptionist was in a little box room and sent you to the right in the waiting room, this is and has been for a long long time a front room, i remember him wearing horn rimmed specs. and i kept seeing the receptionist op till a few years ago....where have all the years gone???????

Also horses were on the roads a long time before cars, so i think they have a right.....
