i dont know - i have a company car and it once took a month for it to get through to me. i thought i had got off without paying it at first. i have kept to the speed limit ever since.

well you get 3 points and £60 to start with to get a ticket normally you get a 3 to 4 mph levy plus 5% or something. so in a 30 zone you can actually get away with doing about 35 / 36mph.

for a start it would mean legalising carrying weapons and with the voltage one of those carries i cant see it happening any time soon - think we should leave the police to sort that out.
