We have a second and third rate football team. We have some empty shipping containers parked in an almost abandoned area of the city centre. Areas of the city that are pretty much no go area anymore (Pagehall springs to mind). A council that seems to oppose growth in any local business or the city centre in general. A grossly inadéquate public transport system. Possible the worst condition roads in Western Europe. Please feel free to add to the list.
