  1. Hi My son found a Mega travel card yesterday in Graves park and I'm hoping I can return it to it's owner. The name is Nathan Green, in S8 and it's valid until July 2016. Thanks
  2. Does anyone know what would be the best way to go about trying to find a family member? Im hoping to locate my dad who I last had contact with when I was 2 years old, but I have no idea how to go about looking for him. I think he will still live in Sheffield, would the Town Hall be able to help? thankyou for reading
  3. Hiya Does anyone know how many birth partners you can have at Jessops? My sister is due to give birth any day now and she wants to have myself, our mum and her partner there with her and has said this evening she's worried they will say she cant have 3 people in with her Thanks for reading
  4. I have 2 children, ages 5 and 3 and we are home educating. Sheffield has a very active home education community and there are lots of groups and activities planned each week for all ages, so there is no problem with the social aspect
  5. you can also have stewed fruit as a healthy extra B as long as you dont add sugar, you can sweeten it with splenda freely though, details on what weights of the fruits for A HEB should be in the book
  6. Fresh fruit is free on any plan be that red/green/extra easy but if you were to cook the fruit or juice it then it becomes syned so the 28g of cooked apple would be 0.5 a syn and Im presuming that the average each bit means one whole apple cooked (not weighed) will be 2.5 syns hope this helps
  7. if at 10 weeks old your baby is only waking for a feed once during the night I would say thats pretty good going! I know its really hard being woken at 2am, my son woke at that time too till he was a year old but remembering that they have such tiny tummies and are likley to need the 2am feed for some time to come can take the pressure off trying to get them sleeping through. We didnt think about trying a routine until baby was around 4 months old, and then we found that we had fallen into a natural one
  8. We are doing a load of work on our garden and hubby really needs a wheelbarrow, just wondered if anyone had one they didnt want/need anymore?
  9. I think it depends where its done, it was my least painful piercing, it was done using a dermal punch which is like a tiny apple core tool, you feel a scratch as it breaks the skin and again a scratch as the anchor is placed under the skin, it was all done in a minute and there was no pain afterwards
  10. yes I would say its normal, mine did that the day after it was pierced and lasted for a few days
  11. I can recomend Thou Art on Chapple walk as my sister doesnt have the studio anymore
  12. here you go hope this works http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v720/bexstar16/dermal.jpg
  13. My sister is a qualified piercer, she did it for me but unfortunatly she had to let the studio go recently as she couldnt make it work out financially. I shall post a pic in a mo
  14. I have one in the centre of a star tattoo on my wrist, had it a couple of months and its been fine, not fallen out, I think it would have to be pulled on very hard to get it to come out as its anchored under the skin and the anchor has little holes in so you heal through the holes making it perminant, to remove it would need cutting out I can post a pic if anyone wants to see
