I was on one of the trams stuck further down the hill and they said that it was a hit and run on City Road. Had to walk all the way up the road to Manor Top so wasn't best pleased. Never seen so many police - must have been about a dozen. Hope the victim is ok though.

Some little ***** have just tried to force my car door open with the result that it has bent and now the top of the door has a gap of about 2 inches. It's only an old Skoda so surely no-one would want to nick it and there was nothing inside worth having unless you collect empty crisp packets!! Anyway can anyone recommend somewhere in the S1 or S2 areas where I can get it fixed without paying an arm and a leg?

Thanks for the offer San Miguel but unfortunately my boss has delegated the job to me and wont provide more than a couple of quid to do it!! Its a bookies shop window and I'm told I cant just paint the whole thing white with a red cross cos thats not pc and someone might object.

I have to decorate a small shop window for Euro 2004 and I am the least creative person in the world!! Has anybody got any bright ideas about what I could do? My drawing ability is nil and I've only got 4 more days to come up with a brilliant and cheap idea. Obviously it must be football related but your thoughts would be most welcome.
