Honey on spare ribs is brill. Get some spare ribs, put on a load of honey and white wine or any wine come to that, put some salt and black pepper on them, leave over night, then grill next day ...great stuff, dead easy and brill,. (Just make sure you either put some tin foil over them or keep an eye on them)

'Educated' (if you can call my efforts that!) at the Infants' school, Nook Lane, then Bradfield - may go to the 50th anniversary 'do' on 1st July. I lived up Highfield Rise 44 years ago (for 20 years) Snap with the same schools
