  1. Why dont you also apply for the nhs professionals, i worked for them 9yrs, and also look at working at sheffield teaching hospitals its only 8 mile away, and more jobs there... Without any qualifications you are looking at that kinda wage for a support worker etc... but once you are in the door, you do get more money on top of that for night shifts, evenings and weekends plus over time.... When filling out the form just be yourself and tell them why you want to work for the nhs and that you are really intrested in persuing your career in nursing.
  2. Your never to old in life to do anything if you put your mind to it, if i was you, you need to go enroll at college now as it starts in sept, they do part time 2 evenings a week but you need to do a full day in a salon once a week, most salons are happy to take on any free pair of hands to help them and them train you, i say go for it you only live once. So get ringing sheffield castle college up and enquire how to enroll but i do warn you, if you dont recieve any benefits the course is expensive, good luck x
  3. Why dont you look on the sheffield teaching hospitals website and also look on the nhs jobs website, they are really good at taking in support workers, porters, cooks, cleaners etc with no qualification as they train you up.... also have u thought about enrolling into college with it coming up to the starting yr in sept, u can get qualifications that way and become skilled, if you are out of work and recieve benefits then you would get college course free, its worth a try. By the sound of it though u are good at caring for people so id look into becoming a support worker, also where in sheffield do u live because if u drive u could look at home care?????

Hi there Not sure if you remembered but i wrote about one of my rats having a tumor on his tummy and wondered if i should keep him alive or let him go play with the angels, while after a few weeks he was starting to get distressed so we had him put to sleep, he was stuggling bless the little man, problem is now i have bailey who is sooooo down and missing his brother I dont want to get another rat for his company, but someone suggested having him adopted by someone else who has a rat of his age that he then will have a buddie.... He's so blue and down and looks so sad and this is the only reason im doing this....If anyone can offer him a home with yr little rat who maybe in the same boat please will you contact me, bailey (rattie) is 2 1/2yrs old, he a albenio rat, very friendly, has never bit, good with humans, he comes with lots of bedding, food, hammack, watter bottle and other treats. I feelive just had this hate agaisnt the world and even myself since the crash, maybe i do need to see someone and sort my head out, the crash did causemy bad anixety and i was on citalapram (if spelt right) for 8months and i really didnt want to takethe meds so i came off, maybe its just a back lash of all that what needs bringing to surface and dealt with, just ive never had nightmares/thoughts over this just dealt with it and put it to the back of my mind so maybe littleother problems in life are been blamed and adding to the angryness

  19. well firstly i got legal aid as i was off for 9 months just about as i shattered my pelvis in 5 areas and my ribs and had to learn to walk again so luckily the courts have paid all my fees to the solicitors, i have contacted someone today to and they said they are going to look into it, as there are alot of facts in to the accident thats too long to state on here
  20. My insurance paid her £3000 they tuck liability without even having my side of the story and when i rung them and said youhave instantlypaid out without takingmy statement they said the woman who spoke to me misunderstood what i said.
  21. No im not thinking of putting a claime in against myself, it would be the other driver!!!! This is what i am asking for, advice not for people to be smart about it. The court said i shouldnthave been charged, it was a bad road/viewand just an accident that happened. so surely im not at fault, pictures and evidence was put to the court about this accident, they dropped it instantly.
  22. Have u got a water infection, sometimes this can cause ankles to swell, if not blood pressure??? lay on the sofa or bedan elevate your legs about hip height, id try some piriton just incase you are having a reactin to something, u never know
  23. I was charged with due car and attention in a car crash bk 10/12 the court over ruled it and dropped all charges and said it was one of them things, bad roads, bad weather. does this mean im still to blame and should i contact my car insurance to claime, and should i put a injury claime in as i was badly hurt, the other driver had a good pay out and ive never recieved a thing. Just wasnt sure what to do????
  24. I work in that area,it isnt bad, few kids play out and about, all the houses and flats have a secure system. its quite compared to the arbothorne side. never any problem when ive been on it.
