hi peeps I got a response from my interview! It's not straight forward though - they said I haven't got the job I went for due to more experienced peeps going for it , however I am 'appointable' and someone from a different area will be calling me soon about a similar opportunity....? How confusing - why don't they simply just say yes or no?!?!? Will keep ya updated on me progress.

Thanks Phanerothyme! Well I had me interview today and it only lasted 20 minutes - as they only asked 6 questions! I'm not sure what to think now. They said they will let people know by the end of next week as there are nine candidates for 6 jobs. So now I'm trying to forget about it...(!) I'll let y'all know the outcome. Ta for ya support;)

Thanks for your adavice all much appreciated. My presentation has to be done on an OHP......so I'll have to use acetates. Oh dearrrrrrrrr. I've just finished the content of my presentation - so that's out of the way. It only has to be 10 minutes long as it's part of an interview so fingers crossed. Wish me luck for Tues peeps! Yo peeps I've got an important presentation to do next week and it's me FIRST one ever! I'm not that nervous about it actually - but just wondered if anyone had any smart tips in this type of situation. Any comments will be much appreciated!

I like unusual voices me like: her from that band Lamb, her from the Cardigan's, Bjork, Tori Amos, Alanis Morrisette, her who sings on Goldie's Timeless album and you know stuff like that. I don't like all this teeny-bop and manufactured singing stuff though. I think it's rare that you come across unique singers with raw talent nowadays innit. By the way would anyone recommend any other females singer's similar to those above??

I'm black and I think that the BNP should be allowed to have their opinion and say what they want to say. I also believe that we as a society should have measures and intelligent politicians to find the flaws in the BNP's argument and highlight their real agenda - which I might add don't believe involves getting the best for British people. The BNP indirectly breed hate and I think people ought to be informed and educated enough to make a sensible decision, which isn't always the case.

Erm what...? I have worked at Ant Marketing too and as long as you don't want a long term career there you're ok. Personally I thought it seemed like a battery farm. The pay's sh*te and the managers treat you like dirt on their shoe - not recommended

What I'm finding difficult at the mo is to be fine with everyone else I work with - I feel such resentment for where I work now I just wanna do me job and go home without much unnecessary interaction.
