hi anyone know anything bout fridges? i noticed the stuff in the freezer bit is starting to defrost and its not making hte normal fridge sound they do, the fan in the bottom freezer compartment isnt working, when i turn the fridge off and on it starts up then goes off after a few seconds, can anyone tell me if ill need a new fridge? typical how its a couple month over the year guarantee thanks for any replys

been told first hand that they are under orders to find any excuse to stop your money and they pick and choose who they mess with, think this is 1 of he reasons why they get clever and treat ya **** so ya kick off at em, ive also been conned out of a community care grant by them which i was entitled to, im still living like a squatter but survive each week so im not too fussed, i gave up in the end tho, put a complaint in and never recieved a reply, but i did critisise them heavily in the letter so it prob got binned also was told that if they see people whos waiting to sign sat down or not on the job points they make you wait longer, even tho ya could have searched their website earlier which is exactly the same, most are ***** but they know you need the money so they can get away with it, iv gotta sign on tomoz btw also to the ******s getting clever on the internet at the unemployed, grow a pair and say it to someones face ya stuck up pieces of ****, i actually wish unemployment on you and hope you get no benefits. respect

i may give citizens advice a ring, like i said i dont trust people at the jc on the phone regarding benefits, as they are trained to say that many things in a space of 30 seconds to confuse you to leave you brain dead and eating soup for the day wondering why you rang them, ill ask next time i sign to send me a written explination, just hope its not like letter i got regarding my ccg as that made no sense at all, thanks for the replys people e2a- i had to stand 3 days for my esa not sure bout standing for jsa but cant see it being more that 3 if anything at all, but i believe i shouldnt have to stand when i dont know my moneys gonna stop and make a claim for something else, ill mention all of the above at the jc

thanks for the replys guys, its just that when i first went down to sort the claim out the lady put 22nd down from when my claim for jsa started as my last payment for esa was the 21st, so obviously thinking it would be carrying on normally, gets to the 10th and all i get is 2 weeks even tho ive waited 20 days.. regardless if a couple days was my fault for hurting my ankle and delayed payment, it says in the form i sent back it wouldnt affect my money, its the 6 days im questioning, if my claim was put back to the 22nd why havnt i got the money from that date? its bad enough living off benefits when you live on your own, then i decide im well enough to try an get a job and go on jsa they short change me? dont want to jump on the immigrant bandwagon but it seems this country is more bothered about the people coming in the country than the ones who were already in it, ive worked since i left school 10 years ago and must have had a year off at the most inbetween jobs etc, its the community care grant what gets to me the most, as i had to leave my job last july through illness around the same time i moved into my flat and had no money to buy anything apart from a fridge and bed and a settee(my last wage) have been sleeping on the settee next to the inbuilt heater because i cant afford to have the central heating on in the bedroom because it rinses the credit on the pre payed thing, no cooker,flooring down etc, have to travel across town to a mates to make meals and food to bring back so costing me in travelling, so applys for some help and they tell me im not entitled because im not on a certain benefit even tho i am and are taking **** with my appeal i shouldnt have had to make

hi guys, need some help on benefits, ive recently gone from esa to jsa, thing is the last payment of esa was on the 21st of january at a payment of 128.60 i was getting this every 2 weeks, my claim for jsa was the from the 22nd of january and today 10th of february have recieved 128.60 as its the same amount as you get on the first class of esa, to me its seems they still owe me something as from 22nd jan to 10th of feb its been 20 days, 128.60 divided by 14 in which every 14 days you get ya benefit is 9 quid a day, i am mutliplying this by the days my jsa claim started from which is 20 days, am i doing this correct? and they should have paid me around 180? or am i wrong. ive just contacted them and explained this but the lady said what ive been paid today is correct and that im owed no money and will get 128.60 every 2 weeks from now on, my next signing is the 18th and the first jsa signing was the 4th of this month which was a thursday, my payment went in today because they were waiting to recieve my form explaining why i couldnt sign on the 4th, i went over on my ankle last wednesday night and couldnt walk the next day which was my signing day, but me not signing on when i should doesnt affect the amount paid just delays it til they get the form, i would have prob got paid monday if i didnt mess my ankle up. the situation as left me confused.com and i dont really trust the jobcentre workers on the phone, as im still waiting for a community care grant what i applied for in the middle of november and had to appeal against them turning me down, but that was their fault that i had to appeal and my appeal was recieved on dec 4th and contacted them about 4 weeks ago to see what was happening with it, but they said ive got to wait because they have a lot of appeals even tho i explained it was there fault in the first place (said i wasnt entitled to 1 because i wasnt on a certain benefit even tho i was and have sent them proof with my appeal recieved dec 4th), but thats another story.. it seems like they dont like me , can someone help please

help if ya moving home for example but have no money at all to buy anything for it, e.g. cooker,washer, fridge flooring etc i just cant believe the reason they turned me down, it dont make sense, prob trying it to see if i really want it,well im gonna appeal in writing today and wait(and freeze and paritally starve) but i shouldnt have to, as they must check your benefits to see if you qualify, but in this case they have made a big mistake and will be told so in my letter

hi peeps just wondered if anyone on here could help, 3 weeks ago i applied for a ccg, i recieve a letter today stating i we cannot pay you a community care grant for the following reasons, you are not recieving income support, income based jsa, income releated esa or pension credit, and do not think you will qualify within the next 6 weeks. but.. i am actually recieving income related esa, have been since end of augaust, so i rings up benefits to confirm, then rings up the ccg line and explain whats what, the lady says all i can do is appeal in writing with proof of your benefit, there is no information on screen as to why i have been turned down, DONT THESE PEOPLE ACTAULLY SPEAK TO EACH OTHER?, how the hell can they come up with im not recieving that benefit when someone from esa told me i am and i have the original letter here to prove it, the lady said it would be a few weeks to hear a reply from the appeal, is there a way i can speed this (by phoning? as i am very much in need) surely they can just ring benefits and ask for confirmation, like where did they get their info from that i wasnt on it?, only thing i can think it is but shouldnt affect it and the person from esa said it shouldnt affect it is, that i was late sending my last sick note in as i was very ill to go to the docors, but the esa man told me they recieved it today and ive told the lady from the ccg line this. thanks to anyone who can help me in this matter.

hi all think this is the right section. what options does one have if the supervisor and warehouse manager want me out at work(im just a normal worker) and there isnt any union in place, to say want me out as in, making things up or really over exaggarating the truth to their bosses so it eventually leads to my dismisal, but at the same time people his own age are doing the things ive been accused of and nothing is being said, the supervisor is 30 odd years older than me but the warehouse manager is a few years younger than me, i really think me and this other lad are being discriminated against because of age by the supervisor as the rest of the people in the warehouse are more his age, im going to write a letter or grievence as ya call it to the main man(its only a small company), explaining my concern and what i feel, if it wasnt for bills and stuff i would walk out, but why should i, i really need some help, im gonna try acas but reading their website they seem to be more for the employer and without a union i think im doomed lol. just need some advice. thanks in advance.

more people growing their own the better, as ya know what your getting, plus people who wanna smoke weed are gonna smoke it whether they get grassed on or not, just like drinking, if ya like a drink yal drink, too many people look down on cannabis as if its like crack or something, compare alcohol releated crimes to weed related crimes, have acouple drinks a person may wanna fight, have a couple spliffs the person just wants to relax, and couldnt be bothered to fight even if they wanted to, plus the herb reveals you to yourself, so i reccommend some people to try it, and if you become an arse hole then what can i say .. and no cannabis does not lead to harder drugs, people lead people to harder drugs, peer pressure in most cases, "cmon try this, try this", imo if ya wanna try any drug look it up first, theres loads of info on the net bout em, plus if ya kids not eduacted bout drugs by the age of 13 (when most kids learn bout em i say) then whos to blame?.. i could go on bout weed all day of like theres info on cannabis actually getting rid of tumours etc, but this isnt a pro weed thread, just an opinion, i have it myself on occasion, and my mate smokes it too, plus go to work everyday get on with everyday life etc, so its not that bad, if anything its whats been added to it from shady dealers to improve weight, so they can get a bit extra an buy them alloys theyve been after (if only they they put their money into something positive).. and to the OP if it was sorted out in simply asking them, then good.. today alot of people are scared to say something to neighbours, grow a backbone an ask them nicely, if they ignore you tell them you will contact someone they wont ignore if they carry on.. i used to play my music in my car outside a mates house sometimes in the summer, and someone of the older generation came out and asked me to not have it as loud, so i told her that i respected her for asking me and not just reporting me like alot would, i never had it loud again, and she actually speaks to me when i see her, bless her cotton socks.. but a lot are not like me tho and would have just rolled the window up and max'd it out.. but these are the people who deserve reporting.. so the moral to that story is, ask nicely first because a lot of people are understanding, especially weed smokers, plus we wont rob ya for our fix (thats smackheads) and even if we do, it will only be for your yellow pages because we have no rizla to skin up
