Hi there, I booked my holiday to Cyprus yesterday for this coming Sunday and I will be 31 weeks pregnant. I did not even think about flying restrictions at the time of booking, silly I know! I phoned the Dr's today and I was told I will get a call back tomorrow, what are the chances of them writing me this note by Friday? And if I don't get anywhere tomorrow is there anywhere I can go privately to obtain one? I'm slightly stressing about this now! Thank you for reading!

Thank you, the bank I'm with sort of shrugged it off. It is alot and has left me without rent money etc and I'm so upset. More annoyed at the fact they are claiming they don't have a record of them taking it and therefore i have to send my statement. I will wait the 30 days as advised. Thanks again

Yes they didn't offer any advice, only told me that as I gave my card details over the phone when they have used them again it looks as though I have given permission.

Hi, I took out a new car insurance policy at the beginning of last month, I paid for it in one payment over the phone. 3 weeks later I have noticed they have taken £1000 for no reason. When I contacted them they said they had no records that they have taken anything and they have only the one payment from me recorded on their database. They then told me I have to send my bank statement for them to see the payment has gone out. I did this straight away so I am now waiting to hear back. Surely this is theft? I can see no reason for there to be an error as I paid it in full and did not set up any direct debits or anything. Also why would it not show up on there screens? I'm fuming and left wondering where i stand. If and when they do hopefully refund my money should I be taking this further? Any advice much appreciated. Thanks

Hi, after trawling through internet pages I still cant find what I need! I was hoping there might be someone here that can help. My husband's moroccan passport is soon to expire and I am under the impression he now has to get a new biometric passport rather than being able to just renew the old one which is quite straight forward. I'm wondering if anyone here knows whether he can renew it without getting the biometric one and if he can't, how long does the new passport take? We are needing to fly in june and I'm now worrying that the whole thing will take alot longer? Any information much appreciated. Thanks

12 police cars and a hellicopter for what looked like not alot going on. two lads around 11/12 put in one of the cars and the rest of the police sat in their cars watching.

Thanks everyone, he had a good night last night just waking at 11 and 3! but then had a horrendus day with his teeth (just when i thought they wern't bothering him!) but he went down to bed fine. thank you all for the reassurance.

thanks again for the replies. leffelou - i did try the other day with some rice but he wasnt bothered in the slightest and what he did eat didnt make him sleep any longer, so i'm not keen to try again until i know he's more ready. today hes been rolling non stop and has two teeth coming through! the teeth dont seem to bother him though. so i guess all this developing is disrupting his sleep! i know there are no cures and i am more than happy to give what he needs but when others start with the old 'he should be sleeping through now' or 'why isnt he on a strict routine' one starts to wonder if you are doing the right thing or if he is behaving normally!!! thanks again

Hi, thanks for your replies, He is on formula and i have never thought to switch to extra hungry and he never seems extra hungry! its only that he takes all his milk at night but still wont finish his bottles. i always offer his bottles at the same time each day to establish a pattern. his first two bottles in the morning are around 2-3oz then he gradualy takes more as the day goes on and then his bedtime bottle he takes 6oz. last night was the worst yet waking and 8.30(feed). 10.30. 11.45(feed). 1am. 2am. 3am(feed) 5am. 6am(feed which he didnt really want and up) he then went back to sleep at 7 as was very tired probably from all the night wakings! its getting worse as each day passes!

hello. I have posted a couple of time about my son - he is 17 weeks now and once again i dont know where i am with him! i've got his naps sort of sorted and he was an ok sleeper at night. bed at 7 wake at 11, 2 and 6ish but he seems to be going backwards and every night waking earlier and earlier for his feeds, he now doesnt have the long stretch from 7 to 11 and keeps bringing the time forward from half 10 to half 9 to just now half 8 tonight, he also now wants to start the day at 5am instead of 6. i know he is hungry because he will not take much milk during the day and wants it all at night, i try and try to get him to drink more in the mornings and afternoons but he just refuses. i tried to give less milk at night so that he will drink more in the mornings but this resulted in him waking more in the night and then still only taking 2oz in the morning and i also feel bad because i know he needs this milk its not just a habbit or a comfort! can anyone suggest anything i can try or do i just stick it out as the norm? thanks.

I recieved an email like I have several times, this one stated she was a childless woman who's wealthy husband died and now she only has a matter of weeks or so to live, her family is wealthy therefore she wants to donate her 2 million to me! and upon my response she will give me the details of the bank in the uk to contact. Where I know this is a con I would like to be enlightened as to how she would do it? and who in there right mind would go for it? My sympathy goes out to the poor old sods who get conned.
