B*stards stole most of my bay window leading last night while I was in bed right next to the leading! Heard a noise but thought it was something down the street and went back to sleep. If id caught them I could have knocked them off easily so Im kicking myself. Will keep my ears open for if they come back or try to target my neighbours.

Thanks guys, I shall give them a try. Oddbins surprisingly dont have a great range of brandies, everywhere seems to be whiskey specialists these days. Ironically I have been told that the whiskey shop in bakewell (the wee dram?) sells some great brandies too, including a 1973 barriasson which Im quite partial to.

We live at the top of Hamilton Road by firth park and saw it sweep dangerously close to the houses at the top of the road. We ran out to see it just make it over the tree line into firth park, where it was blown down to the shops end of the park and just made it out of the valley and onto the field, crash landing and knocking the basket over. I was hoping that someone would have some photos or video of it on here and saw this. Shame the star dont have anything on their website either.

Hi Guys Im stuck with a networking conundrum in that I have cable internet and an ADSL wireless router. Anyone got an old cable router laying around that they want rid of, or to swap for my adsl wireless jobbie? Comes with a usb stick too (which dont work in linux, so winblows and (s)mac(k) users need apply only )
