Does anyone know if the John o’gaunt on blackstock road is open?

well we ended up doing Salutation, Market Inn, Coach and Horses, Pack Horse, Crossfield Tavern, Bridge Inn, Acorn, Crown and Cushion and the Wharncliffe Arms. The only ones we didn't do were the Pickwick (Not open) and the Queens Head (being refurbed) Now think we've done every pub in Chapeltown and High Green unless anyone knows of any others we've missed.

initially we're trying to do every pub in Sheffield. not doing so bad so far, can't be more than 80 left to do.

went in the windsor and the manor castle. To be honest i thought the windsor might be a bit worse but it was ok. the manor castle was pretty good. Saving the merry monk for another day but not worried now. 420 odd pubs done now not many left.

Thanks folks, is the merry monk near the windsor? I do tend to keep my head down in the pubs, just need to tick them off the list.

Help folks Need a little sensible advice with regards to the pubs on the Manor please. These are the ones i believe are still open Manor Castle, Travellers Rest, Windsor and Merry Monk? So what are they like. I'd prefer responses from people that have actually been in them rather than generalisations of the Manor etc.
