  1. I have to admit to being somewhat surprised by the reaction of some people regarding this, from my point of view (having not had to have dealt with this sort of thing) i dont feel i could rest until i felt "justice" had been done, maybe the night owls on here are a different animal from the daylight habitees of this forum, and personally i hope whoever killed this man never gets caught.
  2. All i ask is for opinion, but does that mean it is the extent of the crime which justifies the killing, ie the amount of people involved, rather than the crime itself?
  3. Fair enough, but what of my post earlier regarding going back in time to pre-war Germany? would it be justified in killing hitler?
  4. Interesting, you say you could do it, but it doesnt warrant being done! What if time travel was possible, and knowing what you do, if you were transported back in time to Berlin 1938, and had the opportunity to kill Hitler, could you, and would it be warranted, both situations involve an evil monster, its the scale of their actions which differ.
  5. I agree, but feeling like that, and actually going ahead with it are 2 different things, i have mentioned before several incidents involving my lads being beaten up and if i had caught the offenders that night i would have caused serious damage to those involved, but upon sleeping on it, deemed it wise to allow the police to deal with it (not that the result was how i wanted to turn out, but hey, the CPS are a law unto themselves) yet this case seems it could possibly be a case of revenge being a dish best served cold.
  6. And what of others who die in "mysterious" circumstances? Princess Diana springs to mind.
  7. Paedophile: Gordon Boon abused young girls An elderly paedophile found strangled in woodland may have been the victim of a vigilante revenge attack, police believe. Gordon Boon, a registered sex offender, was killed while on licence from prison. Detectives were last night investigating whether the 73-year-old was murdered because of his past crimes against a girl of eight and two aged 13. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1076204/Police-hunt-vigilante-strangled-known-paedophile-parole-dumped-woods.html Whilst not wanting to sound like i condone this act, i read this and wondered if a paedophile had committed an act on a child of mine, would i be able to commit murder on the offender, and the answer was....yes. Could others feel that they too could commit the ultimate crime for this sort of offence, and are there other offences deemed evil enough to warrant handing out a summary execution?
  8. They enforce the no smoking ban somewhat differently in London, you get shot dead for asking somebody to put their cigarette out, maybe if it is his intention to use speakers forum to further his opinions, but if that is the case then he is probably safer staying at home, they are some of the most rudest, ignorant, unfriendly people in the country, try walking down Oxford street during the weeks leading up to christmas, they dont need a mayor, they need a sheriff.
  9. Not one to insult, but she wouldnt have looked out of place in Madame Tussauds on Oct 31st.
  10. Surely it would depend on how many hours they work. otherwise you could end up with a situation where people negotiate a lower wage, in exchange for more hours, to reduce their tax liability.
  11. For the umpteenth time, my views on single mums popping out sprogs at that rate and relying on benefits is no different, but i dont know any with 7 kids, and if she had been uk born and bred, i would have hoped that her husband would have been arrested for having sex with a 13 year old.
  12. And what happens when the above mentioned gives you a slap in return?
  13. Yes the pictures shown do seem to be of a family whose spirit is totally crushed.
  14. Im complaining because they are here, why dont they go home to the house they own which is much larger, although i assume that as she doesnt like cleaning, she employed maids to do her cleaning.
  15. You invited me to comment, heres the link, by the way. http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard/article-23569747-details/We+re+scapegoats%2C+say+council+staff+sacked+over+1.2m+home+for+refugees/article.do
  16. Disabled spaces at a gym? now let me get my head around that one.
  17. Funnily enough i dont know any women with 7 kids with which to compare like for like.
  18. What rubbish, dont you feel that our police do, on the whole, a good job? Thankfully it is an isolated incident, and maybe in the initial confusion, some facts may have been overlooked, but it doesnt detract from the fact that the actions of these officers, and others across the country, have saved countless further innocent people from dying at the hands of extremists, brainwashed into blowing themselves up, unfortunately a little collateral damage can be expected when we are faced by extraordinary circumstances, and i personally have no intention of losing patience with a police force having to face the possibility of being blown up by some lunatic with a bomb strapped to his body.
  19. From another bile-fuelled rag, namely the London Evening Standard. Will Brooks, the council's cabinet member for housing, said there were “very few seven-bedroom properties” available. As a result a private landlord was paid £12,458 a month in housing benefit, more than double the market rate. But in a matter of minutes the Standard found four similar homes, including one in the same street. The most expensive cost £4,500 a month, £7,500 less than it costs taxpayers now, and has eight bedrooms. Another had period features, a large, well-kept garden with terrace, and gold taps in the main bathroom. It cost £3,400 a month. When shown details of the home, Mrs Saindi's 20-year-old son Jawad said: “There is no driveway, I need somewhere to park my car.”
  20. Where have the facts been misrepresented, as far as i am aware the facts are all in the link provided, there is no misrepresentation of facts (except in the minds of those who feel there is nothing morally wrong with this)
  21. Whilst the flying of the flag may be legal, somebody i work with was asked by the council to remove his union flag for the sake of being good neighbours (his asian neighbour had called the council to ask for it to be removed) needless to say,he refused.
  22. Research comes from many different sources, the Mail being just one, i also use the BBC, The BNP, The Sun, Telegraph, Mirror, Local news websites, or any other that google throws up in my quest for information, even as far as the Sheffield Star.
