  1. Thanks very much for all your advice people. I initially ordered the cheap and cheerful one - and after having read what people have said, I've also now ordered the more expensive one - so I'll try both and see how I get on. Again, thanks very much for your help. Computers and technical really isn't my thing, so it's nice to ask for help from people who understand more than I do.
  2. Hi Deathaxe. Thanks for your reply. I've seen some at 150mbps and others at 300 mbps and don't know what this means. Which one from the following page is the cheapest and most suitable? Also, do I just plug it in where my old one goes? Will it have a cd? Or will it work on it's own? Sorry for sounding dumb. Ebay link ---------- Post added 14-04-2014 at 12:11 ---------- I think that's what happened to this one, except it didn't break, just got bent - and apparently that's why my internet's a bit hit and miss.
  3. Sorry, my ignorance is showing. It's to connect my pc to the wifi. I'm not very good at technical.
  4. The one that I've been using for years is now a bit iffy and occasionally lets me down (I think it's slightly bent out of shape) I've just called Virgin Media and they're pretty sure that the dongle is causing the issue, but they don't supply them anymore and that I will need to buy one myself. He said there are some on Amazon for as little as a fiver. The one I've got at the moment is huge too - about three or four inches - and I've seen some really dinky little ones. Would they do the same job? I don't want to spend alot but don't really know what to buy. Also, will a cheap dongle affect my broadband speed? I'd be really happy if people could point me in the direction of a good, cheap replacement. Thanks people.

  6. Thank you all for your help. I bit the bullet about half an hour ago and pre-ordered 24 packets fom Asda to be collected tomorrow. It was only £15 so not as bad as I expected. Once again, thanks.
  7. I'm pleased to hear this place was just moving and had not closed down.
  8. Wow, there are some hate filled people on this forum. Take a look at yourselves. You just come across as unhappy.
  9. Thanks for the tip. The best place I could think to buy some from was PAK, but they don't have it. My local greengrocers don't have it. Seen it in Tesco, Asda etc, but not in the larger quantity I want.
  10. I know supermarkets sell the small packets, but I'm wanting to get about 90 sprigs. PAK supermarket are normally good at large bunches of herbs but I've not seen Rosemary there. Does anyone know where might sell this? Or has anyone got some in the their garden that I could buy? I'd happily pay.
