I was there in the mid 70's, remember Miss Marshall with the ginger hair, can't remember the name of my teacher although I do remember him being a large bloke with a beard and wasn't afraid to use the cane or slipper.

As the Jubilee is on its way, just wondered if all schools got the same souvenir. At our school (if I remember correctly) we had to do a walk around the school or school yard so many times and was rewarded with a Queens Silver Jubilee coin. Think it had the value of 25p
