Relax Immigration says Inst' of Directors
bigsexydoug replied to mrcharlie's topic in General Discussions
Would like to argue against you, but cant !Because your right ! I know personally of some staff on £10 per shift ! It is short term thinking though, who do they think will buy their products when no one can afford them in a decades time ? And make no mistake both Labour and the conservatives have gladly ignored the situation. -
If they weren't getting more money they would stop it ! End of story, kind of glad in a way, don't want them getting used to getting my money without trying , let them earn the money ! If they can't or won't , then I leave ! Still I would never want to be that kind of business person who comes up with crap like that, I know I couldn't do it if had customers .

100% honestly I had my bum felt in a pub on Saturday night by a girl, I'm a male, do I now need my own pub ? Who would protect the women from us males ? Not some big stronger male surely ?

I changed my car insurance this year as normal after they ramped up the price by about 30%, so I told theme I wouldn't be renewing. Went online and got my insurance with the company I had just left lol as they were the cheapest. It's profiteering, and why I would never make a business man, I just couldn't be that annoying if I tried my hardest !

Genuine question regarding the deficit, how much of both the deficits mentioned is paying interest ? -
Hot deals UK shows lots of offers for normal food stuffs and lots of other things too. Also Tesco club card could help you a bit.

So it would be fine if people claimed jobseekers allowance but didn't even make a c.v despite them wanting to look for work ? Should housing benefits claimants have to prove they pay rent ? What about pensioners should they have to prove they are 68 ? Should child benefitc claimants prove they have kids ?

Research for potential business idea

Bit off centre but I would quite happily pay to play old classic proper arcade games, Pac -man, paperboy etc etc. -
I would be surprised if anyone thought they were real, but then again I'm sure there will be lots of fake anger at nasty Tories and how this somehow demonises the disabled. I mean if people believe that Sandra was happy she was sanctioned so she did her c.v then the stupid gene must be in full swing. Hope the bus companies don't see this, with them having that crap on the bus rear saying stuff like John sees stressed out drivers and is glad he took the bus.

Grants for a career change.
bigsexydoug replied to bigsexydoug's topic in Sheffield Business & Employment
Ive seen them advertising for drivers but it seems to be all zero hours contracts. But I will co tact them all the same . -
Hi, About a month ago me and some other staff got made redundant, I've got another job to pay the bills but been searching for jobs still. It seems there is a big over supply in my skills and so I want to redirect my career . I would love to become a hgv driver , I've looked into the hours and nights out etc and I'm fine with that, but I've never done adult education and quite frankly I find it all a bit daunting and I just seem to be finding informationabout grants not the actual grants themselves. Could anyone help me please. I know about the career development loans option but worry I would be getting myself thousands of pounds into debt and cant guarantee a job at the end of it , I don't like gambling for a few pounds so I am scared stiff of gambling with thousands of pounds. Hence my reason to get a grant. Thank You

Traffic problems again near Meadowhall?
bigsexydoug replied to samsparro's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
Actually it would make very little difference, the parkway is exactly the same , there must be a lot of people that work in Sheffield but don't live here as they head back to the m1 and it Rotherham way. -

Private Parking Ticket Megathread (Part 2)
bigsexydoug replied to kirkbylad's topic in General Discussions
thats quite easy, look on the internet for a debt is denied letter and adjust it To suit yourself, that will stop the letters. In your situation, it virtually means that they have given up and have sold the make-beleif debt on, or you can just ignore the letters as they wont affect your credit rating or anything. -
Ibeco don't do any standing charge and are cheaper than most of them, there isn't any difference if you pay by direct debit or pre pay card either. But how many of you will change supplier for the sake of an email ? It seems not many.

Channel tunnel problems! caused by the illegal migrants.
bigsexydoug replied to smilersarah's topic in General Discussions
Genuine question, but there was a report showing that immagrants contribute more than they take, so why aren't failing economies like Italy, Greece Spain etc trying to get these people to stay with them and help build their country up ? -
Private Parking Ticket Megathread (Part 2)
bigsexydoug replied to kirkbylad's topic in General Discussions
Hence the rest of my post telling them to appeal , how to appeal , where to get help etc P.S I could take anyone to civil court and threaten to use court action I wouldn't win but its the fear that it installs into people. -

That peice of paper has the same weight legally as my post to you now which says you owe me money because you parked in the co op with the wrong shade of red car. A lot of people ignore the ticket and normally nowt happens but the every now and then theytry to take people to court to force them to pay up even more money. You can pay if you don't want the hassle but it really is like paying a fraudster to stop contacting you. I personally love the challenge, so join pepipoo, tell them your story and sort an appeal out ,get on Facebook and Twitter or get someone to get on Facebook and Twitter for you, keep bugging co op to explain how they ga e ot a ticket to a disabled person for shopping too long in their shop and they will soon cancel the ticket or you will win at appeal. It is quit enjoyable beating these people, costing them money and you will learn along the way for any occasion in the future. -
New face for the £20 note - YOU decide.
bigsexydoug replied to Nagel's topic in General Discussions
He was brave whilst alive, I would much rather have soldiers on the £20 note who served our country . People who think of their country before themselves, or even othercountries people's safety before themselves, I honestly can't see how those subjects need to be honoured for doing standard jobs, yes they were pioneer's but Pioneers of jobs that aren't that special. -

Oh I don't know, I read an article in the daily mirror or should that now now be the faily mirror ? Think it was by somebody called Kelvin McKenzie but not certain , his line was something like "since the Tories FLUKED the election" I had a good old chuckle at that. -
Stayed in the dorsett at shepherd's bush a few months back at I think £90 per night, was really quite nice and one of the cheapest hotels we could find, about 5 mins walk max to the tube , but lovely decorated, modern and had some spa options too. Definitely recommend it for value.
