I will try, first with your screen wash, open the bonnet you will see plastic tubing that goes to your screen jets, pull it off and get some one to try and wash your screen, if it comes out the tube, the pump is fine clean your jets with a pin, the starting up problem sounds like your starter motor is not disengaging properly, new solenoid or starter motor required, an auto electrician will be better then a mechanic who will just swap the starter motor, the juddering would require a test drive.

hiya, there is nothing like a dip stick for this , there is a plug on the side of the gear box, the trouble is you have to put oil in to find out if its low it is because it supposed to be level with the plug, suppose you can put a stick in and see if its wet, other than that you buy gearbox oil fill it up till it comes out the hole. put plug back in once it stops coming out, do a serch on google on how to check then you will have pictures to help

if you get it unlocked, when you get an update or try and log on to the net work they tend to fix the unlock and you will need to have it done again.
