trying to download Clipart from Microsoft - message cannot Internet Explorer cannot download connection with server reset?? If you can help make it simple I am a novice

I am having difficulty downloading on my new laptop - the message 'server was reset' keeps coming up any ideas what I need to do to get over the problem

My problem with Vista is when downloading - the message keeps coming up connection reset its driving me mad. Haven't even manage to download clipart which was a doddle with the old XP. Any assistance would be much appreciated

Yes you are correct it says connection reset - when I tried to install from my memory stick to goes on but then I lose me internet - getting totally confused. Ive uninstalled it and now the internet is back!! Have to live without the msn I suppose.

Now know what reboot means - yes I have switched on and off several times but the message says computer has been reset when I try and download messenger

I am trying to download messenger live onto my new laptop - everytime I try it says cannot download computer has been reset -what do I need to do to get this messenger downloaded.

I remember them - used to go with the wadsly bridge club. The excitement as we all waited for the coaches on Halifax Road. Seem to remember we had a pack of sarnies and some spending money. Think we went to Cleethorpes and walked down to the end amusement arcade for the big dipper.

Just managed to fit new wireless router - got the laptop fired up but it won't let me download the msn messenger saying computer has been reset!! I feel out of my depth - ask me to do a presentation etc no problems but this is driving me mad. The messenger works fine on the main computer.

I've got the dg834g arrived this morning but having a nightmare putting it all together - just at novice at all this - do I need to leave my exisiting Broadband router connected as well??

I have a main computer XP and have just got a wireless laptop Vista - what do I need to get the net up and running on the laptop. My server is Tiscali if that makes any difference!

Only got it yesterday - but it seems OK - the screen is great 17" and very clear with glass rather than the other sort!. We don't have a fast broadband speed where I live - only 579 kps - I live miles away from the telephone transmitter and have tried to get 1 mb but still not available. I also tried a dvd on it and not bad - but I'm know expert in fact quite a novice at all this - got a free webcam with it and no idea how to connect with a friend who has a webcam!!! More searching for me.

Just received a free webcam with my new laptop - Targus USB 2.0 (very cheap looking) (the webcam not the laptop) but have no idea how to work it - put the software in but when I go to open the program it says no video capture software!!! Help !

Its actually my husband Bob Winter - he reminds me he left in 1972 to move to Norfolk - he doesn't remember any of the names mentioned. He has recalled some names - Jack Haigh, Alan Young and Richard Bird. He didn't think the supplies dept would still exist - hasn't the hospital closed down?

My husband worked in the supplies dept up until 1973 - he worked for a chap called Jim Church. His name is Bob Winter if anyone remembers him!!! A HUGE Blades supporter so not a happy chap at the moment.
