Feel I have to post this, just had them round to sort out Digital to 3 TV's in my house, never been so impressed by any other workmen in my house. They took their shoes off (A small thing I know but leaves an impression), they were very friendly, explained everything in detail as they were doing it and the price was great! I had my phone call last week and have my assessment day this Wednesday and was told if I get through then the training will start on the 9th Jan. Is anyone else going on Wednesday?

Yes 1 male ejected your friend for violence. You cant physically attack a member of staff and expect politeness Im afraid. Until that point it was all very polite and she was being asked to leave for being too drunk. I totally understand that this is your friend and seeing her ejected was not nice for you. I just want to assure you from all accounts no excessive force was used and any force used was justified.
