They're both from the same mother but different litters. He has tried absolutely everything & everywhere he can think of to find new homes for these girls. Neighbours, friends, family, cat shelters, you name it, but sadly without any success. He was given notice to quit his current flat a couple of weeks ago and although he has now found a new flat the landlord is not pet friendly and won't allow any pets. He's been in touch with RSPCA, Thornberry & Broomhill cat shelter & sadly he's been told today that none of these have room to take in his cats Please can someone help?????? He's at his wits end and doesn't have a clue what to do next about trying to rehome them.
  2. I too have a nervous dog and hated the thought of putting her in kennels but after recommendations by friends (with dogs) I tried Bowes Lyons kennels. I was a nervous wreck when I left out dog for the night but when I collected her the next day she was absolutely fine, I expected to see the sad "you left me" face that I get when I go in another room at home but she was full of beans. So I'd definitely recommend them, they charge £10 a night, they offer to provide the same food that your dog actually eats, and yeah the innoculations have to be up to date. But I'm happy to leave her there now and I've booked a week in June for when we go on our proper hols.
  3. No longer looking, staying put for the moment, great neighbours here so that was never the problem. Idea put on hold for awhile.
  4. Had our Molly at the vets for her last jab on Monday and she's now 7.10kg. To say she was the smallest of the lot she's definitely made up for it and I can't believe how much alike the Molly's are. The long legs are the giveaway :-) I need to make 5 post before I can add a web link for pix
  5. Our Molly's now a whopping 6.5kg and had her 1st lot of jabs, vet checked her over and no sign of a heart murmur, just really pleased with how she's come on. Considering her miserable start in life she's a really pleasant and responsive family pet, friendly and alert and her training is coming on in leaps and bounds!
  6. Flabbergasted!!! We picked up the other female puppie on the 18th and named her Molly She's settling in a treat and is already much loved by all of us We can see about 5 different breeds in her but she's just gorgeous in our eyes whatever she is! Our Molly was the smallest of all three pups which is basically why we picked her out of the 3, she just had this poor "anorexic-malnourished" look but she's already responding to basic commands and we immediately went out to buy her a doggy coat as the fur on her belly and her head is a little sparse. Good luck to all the other owners, I know you've all picked little treasures with these pups.
