I went in the Fat Cat in Neepsend for a pint of Kelham bitter-always been a good drink. I was very disappointed to learn that some company had 'bought the recipe' and it was no longer sold at the Cat. I was offered 'Pale rider at £4. 30 Cheeky bar stuards ! So instead of the usual I just had one pint and left. Walked up to the Bankers Draft for a few. On a Monday drinks are only £2.30 odd per pint. Full price being £2.46 .How the Cat can charge £4.30! is rediculous. The Draft stays open until quite late. Can highly recommend the place.
