  1. @Irene Swaine and anyone else So Irene, which 3 celebs living or in the past, would be at your restaurant dinner table all at the same time . My 3 are below. Louis Theroux Bernard Mannning Elvis
  2. I have not seen these allegations of anyone sacking him off. Any links?
  3. I could have helped you out, and I don't charge. Unfortunately my interest is not the FULLER figure.
  4. I could have helped you out, and I don't charge. Unfortunately my interest is the skinny form, but each to their own.
  5. Yeah, like Rachel Stevens breaking through the pastry.
  6. All these pies we are hearing about from 16 to the 26 quid. What sort of pies are we talking about , and does the waitress bring it to the table in a wheelbarrow? I bet she just looks for the fat lass instead of the table number.
  7. That sounds like a fair old pie Irene, I'd have struggled. Hungry Horace would have been called over.
  8. They are trying to get rid of cash too. Check out Ron White 😂 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ClQuI8ds_dg
  9. Many a son will have reflected on the lyrics of the "Living years" track -Mike and the mechanics Shedding tears, though sadness gives us release. Hope U R ok Hacky.
  10. @the daddy Can I ask, is it your loss or someone else's loss.
  11. I cannot help seeing a very obvious irony here. Travelling to a destination that is on fire, part contributed to by the same people that have caused it. I hope all are safe, but no sympathy at all for the trashed holiday. These same people will get home and blame the government for not doing enough. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-66279520
  12. I don't mind playing amongst your cache of oak barrels. But barrels and bobbies helmets mentioned in the same sentence make me a bit nervous.
  13. Pyrotequila's emoji is basically saying WTF is someone wearing something that makes them even hotter in the hot whether? @ECCOnoob With respect I would say that close fitting items which are void of air flow will make the wearer even hotter. In very hot climates around the world, you see that most people wear clothing which covers them up as much as possible THAT IS LOOSE FITTING AND ALLOWS AMPLE AIR FLOW In your line of work attention to finer details are essential, right?
  14. Back now. I understand the guest ales are popular with your regulars. Saddle tank, Old speckled hen, spitfire etc. However, whenever I frequent a new establishment I invariably like to sample the offerings of the top shelf. A double measure of debauchery always goes down well with some ice. Is that one you stock?
  15. Thank you for your reply . A happy hour that goes on all night is good value, and unprecedented in the establishments that I frequent. Do you have a special room where these patrons can go? There is something running down my leg, I think it's sweat. Carry on...
  16. Would we have to remove it when going in to the bank? https://ibb.co/dBLYt1y What other establishments would allow them? @Padders Would you permit them to be only worn in your tap room? Or, would you encourage only the black ones to be worn in your celler on Saturday nights? They seem to be so tight fitting that the face would be sweating loads. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2023/jul/21/facekinis-become-all-the-rage-in-china-as-temperatures-soar
  17. Ah yes, there has been quite a few . They only came out the woodwork after Farage went public. A bit like the women that allege rape, or the Jimmy Saville victims. I think it gives people confidence to go ahead with their complaints etc
  18. Nigel farage has done more for The people without being office, than some MPs have done while in power. Ministers are starting to wake up now and are considering putting extra conditions on banking licences. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-66254596
  19. The truth is out then? Nigel Farage: Coutts document 'shows bank account shut over my views' Nigel Farage says he has evidence that Coutts bank decided to close his account because his views "do not align" with their values. Writing in the Telegraph, he said he had gained access to a report by the bank's wealth reputational risk committee via a subject access request. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-66240298
  20. Ok. Maybe the people outside Midland station were from other areas and trying to increase support. I thought staff connected to rail Comps are private.
  21. According to the flyers being given out at midland station it is true. Or is it ? I have a pass so don't effect me. It could if I reach 66 or whatever age we are made to work to. https://ibb.co/QN211wR
  22. Also, house spiders do bite. The area of skin that has been bitten can itch for several days. Two small puncture holes can be seen on the reddened skin, from my experience . I do the same as @Tipstaff but I don't always notice them in time.
  23. I imagine there would be enough suitable people willing to enrol. I wonder if all the bent ones from a few months ago have been replaced.
