Just noticed this post by chance, just to set the record straight, yes I have been to look at the Greyhound but NO desicions have been made as to whether or not I will be opening it. Eric The bar is doing really well had a good christmas and no FAB has not had an effect on us if anything it has helped as we attract and welcome both gay and straight people. We now have Splodge DJing and have a new state of the art PA and lighting system installed. We have chosen to go down the route of live bands on a Thursday night to encourage more people in as there is not many people around Attercliffe on a Thursday night! all detals are on our website www.mj-sheffield.com

I have 3 billy goats that I need to move from there current home and need some land to house them on, They have escaped when the floods brought the fence down and now the committee has decided that I cannot keep them on my allotment anymore. Thanks for your support Diva and everyone else that has shown there support, we really hope it goes well but we wont know till we try. The bar is getting a compleate refit at a cost of around £40000 everything even down the the pipes that the water run through are new! (as the old ones have been stolen!) We will have loads of drink promos running and hopefully this will attract peolpe. Nick 2 Im not sure if you live around attercliffe or even been!! But at the weekends it is really busy, and all research we have carried out indicates that people WILL come and we will also have good priced drinks as we are a free house. If we dont try we will never know!!!

Hi Just to stop any rumersand to let you all know, I am reopening the Manhattan Dance Bar re named MJ's and it is going to be a Karaoke bar. 100% Karaaoke and notinhg else the first and only one I think of its knid in Shefield.
