  1. Having worked in property for a couple of years, and knowing that the market is very stagnant right now, particularly in certain areas, it would depend on a lot of factors. However, generally, estate agents tie you in with them for a period of weeks and then you are free to move to another agent if they have not sold the property. I'd say it would depend on the location, condition and type of property that you have though as to why it maybe isn't selling. Plus, Christmas is a bad time of year to sell in any case.

Hi Golden Oldie, I work for a major high street estate agent and we have lots of fantastic stock available with a focus on Sheffield City Centre and surrounding areas. Please send me a message and I'd be glad to help!

    Meadowhall bomb scare??

It was just the first thing that came into my head, I don't know why really. I didn't say it WAS a bomb, I was asking, hence the question marks.

    Meadowhall bomb scare??

Well as I got to the top of the escalator to walk over the bridge to the trams the alarms started going off and there was a flashing sign overhead saying not to enter and a voice saying the same so unless it was activated by mistake in 1 section of meadowhall and quickly shut off I don't know

  9. What's happened in meadowhall? As I was just walking out about an hour ago lots of alarms started going off with red flashing lights and a voice was saying "This is an emergency, do not enter meadowhall". Anyone know what's going on?
  10. Well I don't actually live on glossop road its my sisters house where we found him, I live on psalter lane which is no better as that's where I lost my cats but I won't be letting him out and I am moving shortly hopefully somewhere much quieter
  11. Yes I know I'm going to put a notice in the local shop and that's why I asked on here in the first place and took him to be scanned for a microchip. I wouldn't just steal someones cat, I've had 2 cats myself that sadly got knocked down. I have also been checking to see online if anyone has posted an ad for a lost cat matching his description and have seen nothing so far. ---------- Post added 15-05-2013 at 20:27 ---------- I've just filled out the form you posted a link to also
  12. This little boy isn't chipped so I have decided to keep him myself x
  13. Yes, he is un-neutered ill keep the forum updated x
  14. Found a chocolate brown/black male kitten approximately 4/5months old without a collar in the S10 area in my garden tonight. Its very friendly and very vocal! I'm taking it to be scanned for a microchip in the morning but wondered if anyone on here was missing him. Thanks!

    Can anyone recommend a Cattery?

I collected my 2 cats from skew hill cattery today after an 8 day stay and my boy cat marley has come back not his usual self and with what I suspect is an eye infection. He was fine when I left him there and now his eye is very gungy and he can barely open it. Does anybody know if its possible he could have caught it from the cattery? I'm not very impressed as like I said he went in fine and dandy and now he seems quite dosile and his poor eye looks sore. I'm taking him to the vets tomorrow but its extra cost that I don't think I would have had if it wasn't for the cattery. Hmmm any suggestions?
