  1. i think the one of the only places that does is the car repairer, just car clinic.... google search for hunter laser alignment... just dont get any panel work done there...
  2. Update:... Bob (as we have come to call him) is not chipped but is neutered. We are going to put some more posters up in our area, but as its been a few months now and im doubtful as nobody has put up any missing cat posters in our area. Going to try the local shops as well, if not he can continue to stay in our conservatory type outbuilding until gradually introducing him to our moggy;s ....
  3. thanks, dont really have any problems getting him in the cat box now, only being in when he is there, he has even started coming over when we call him now so should be fine. He is booked to be scanned on friday so we will know for sure then. Also gives the local posters etc time as well. If he isnt chipped he will probably be adopted if the other half gets her way...
  4. i can send you some more pics if you want, we have him booked to be scanned this week, tried a few times already, except its a bit hit and miss when he is about, with it raining last few days he hasnt been around much
  5. do you use anything to remove the chlorine from the tap water? if not, get some, and change the water 50% a day, most chlorine removers also act as a stress relief so adjust the dosage as per your tank size. being less stressful and less cholrine etc and by changing the water removing contaminants, waste etc, it should be on the mend.
  6. next time if you arent helping, please dont state the obvious it just a waste of time.
  7. i have more photos if you want them emailing??
  8. We have over the last 6 weeks or so being seeing this cat hanging around with ours, he has no collar etc, and it very wary of people. Has no light spots or patches to describe him with but has a distingtive face and nature. He has starting lately coming and begging for food, and as he was so thin we have been feeeding him 2-3 times a day, and he will eat anything, and so he seems to have moved into the back garden, adopting our garden furniture as his house. if your missing him get in touch.. its ok while the weather is good, but soon he wil have to be scanned for a chip and rehomed if not chipped... 10. Um, dont think i called anyone incompetant, and yes condem the results but not the man? Like i said, its all common sense. Why shouldnt we pass judgement, after all we are paying for the services.
  11. yes, so our cars are used as wacker plates. It never levels off, i work on an industrial estate, 20 tonne lorries and larger go over them all day every day, they dont sink with them so why would they with 1 tonne cars? its just lazy and an excuse not to do a job correctly. They used to all have their own mini wacker plates, now they have a metal pole...... useless.
  12. Yeah, will all break up, and splatter all over our vehicles, and we pay for that privelidge.
  13. even when they do patch them up they do a terrible job, dont even heat up the tarmac or whatever, just dump a bit of luke warm in, pound it down for a minute, then off to the next one. sometimes the repairs are even worse than the original pot holes, whats worse a 3" hole or a 2" bump up and over a dodgy patch thats only going to wear cos its not done right, they dont even bother trying to get it anywhere near level to the rest of the road? all the roads are appauling, it only takes some common sense to work it out.
  14. i saw one gritting industrial units back f drake house retail park friday night, but not the roads surrounding it
  15. are they pvc windows, if so its extrememly easy. If not, probably a bit more work to it/.
