there are plenty of self help groups on facebook...i know its not face to face but there is usually any amount of fellow sufferers at any time of day to provide help or an ear x (fellow sufferer.)

did they find/do anything ?

im a cfr who stopped before the paramedic rrv arrived....biker was swearing his head off suffering from some back issues but nothing "life threatening" he said his bike was only 6 months old !

ok im picking up famkily from manchester airport....but ill be towing a small trailer for the luggage.....ive seen on their site that no trailers are allowed in their car parks.....im sure im not the only one with a small trailer ? where would you park while you waited for arrivals ? thanks

what really gets me boiling though..... i now know of 3 17 yr old girls....all just passed their tests...so all have no NCB, all driving similar low spec cars....all with sub £1000 insurance and yet my son...is looking at £4000 with the SAME insurance company....now i understand that location, milage, male/female (although now illegal to discriminate) all plays a part, and i would expect these days a few hundred pounds variation.....but a few thousand pound variation is rediculous..... have you heard of the new "black box" scheme newly introduced ? this is where your car is fitted with basically a tracker....it watches how you are driving (very big brother)the insurance policy that comes with this gives you a low milage per year...say 6000... if you are driving "ok !" then you get more miles...drive stupidly and your allowed milage comes down and your premium goes up..... sounds interesting.........quote for lmy son and his 11oo cc 206 ? £6000 !!!!

grins yeah i have.....alas im in the camp that wants as much "protection/insurance" behind me just in case ! denlin i agree "high" price reflects age and experience.....but i think "STUPIDLY HIGH PRICE" just reflects insurance company "GREED"
