while i agree that i did not notify them i was seeking cheaper quotes,my point is that why would they presume it was ok having signed nothing and agreed nothing.

My motor insurance was due on the 1st of april, i wasnt happy with the quote so looked elsewhere and settled for a cheaper one.My new insurance started on the 5th april,i then received a policy and a letter from the previous company they had tried to withdraw the premium from my account and failed.after phoning them and explaining i returned the policy to them, they now demand £32.88 where do they stand legally and is this sharp practice?

just had a trojan which has stopped me getting on to internet with my main computer, this happened last night i have not used it since, but have found out that all my contacts have received a short email from me all timed at 16.55pm.what to do any ideas.

it is the lifebook and on closer inspection it gives the id as ybdeo21325 the dvd as the facia missing and does nothing at all.

bought my grandson a fujitsu lifebook the dvd is not working,will a standard laptop dvd fit it.please bear in mind when answering i am not the brightest where computers are concerned,many thanks.

A friend of mines son as just received (15th of march) a letter telling him of an incident of speeding which occurred (10 nov 2009). Surely there must be a time frame in which they after abide,does anyone know if this is the case?
