UNIQ is a bit.. rough, I've heard. Try, Crystal (Carver Street), Takapuna (West Street), Ivory (Regent Terrace, off West Street), 23 (The Plaza, opposite the Devonshire Green), Muse (West Street), Reflex! (West Street). Everything a Hen could want :-)

It really says something about a city's nightlife when Vodka Rev is 'the place to go'! I'm going home next weekend to Liverpool, and I'll be going to the Living Room and the Pan American Bar. Have fun in Vodka Rev!

To be honest, Cafe Uno is the best for food on Ecclesall Road. Never a problem.

Cocktails are good when we go in. Italian looking guy made me an ace Caipirinha Had lunch in there, but not an evening meal. Was really good, but then again it's pretty hard to mess up a beef sandwich!

Pizza Volante, up near The Swim Inn and Natwest Bank on West Street near the traffic lights. Absolutely fantastic food. Especially the grilled swordfish which is to die for!!

Flying Pizza (Volante) on West Street? Amazing food, good service, good wine at a reasonable price too. 2 starters, 2 mains, bottles of wine is around £50 I think (struggling to remember).

City centre area. Somewhere that does nice food and cocktails!

Both are crap

Just about to complete an Honours degree in Sport and Leisure Management. I've worked in bars and I'm becoming increasingly fond of the trade. Really interested by the whole customer interaction, product quality, product knowledge edge at the moment. Would there be anywhere where I could get some management experience in the bar trade in Sheffield? Just thought I'd ask Anything else just post a message, I'm aware this is as porous as a sponge!

I want to have a birthday bash in March for my 21st. Having family over and a load of chums to hopefully come out for a good old shin-dig. Anyone had something like this at a venue? Any suggestions? Not sure on numbers etc yet..
