I am in s5 and our water pressure is shocking, also if anyone is having a shower and next door runs there tap, our shower runs cold and then gets far too hot until its settles down. I have reported this to the council and was told that we have narrow water pipes and it down to the waterboard to put it right, which has not happened, so we just put up with it.

I have always worked and i have today received notification that on the 26th of August i will be made redundant, i am not receiving much redundancy money as i have only been employed there for 3 years, so was wondering if i could receive job seekers. I have already been looking for a job and i have an appointment next week to register with an agency, i do not want to be unemployed but i think my age will be against me as i am in my 50s. Yes it screws on to the tap, it just wont tighten up so water comes of of the top then falls off.

I bought a hozelock hosepipe and its came with 3 tap connectors, only 1 of them will fit on the tap but it wont tighten enough to stay on and water comes out of the top of it, any advise on what i could do would be welcomed.
