Can anyone recommend a builder/bricklayer/paving? We had a recent cellar conversion but the company went into liquidation without completing the work and we are left with outstanding external work that needs completing. Building steps for access from cellar, which was excavated out, up to garden and paving work. Also front egress window/surrounding area needs finishing. Only reliable people please we're still a bit scarred from the previous experience... thanks

I went today to return a faulty piece of jewellery, that I bought a few weeks ago, to find out it has closed. Neighbouring shop says he just packed up an left one day Bit frustarting as it must have closed within days of my purchase without any notice anywhere and I'm now left with an expensive faulty item that I cant exchange/return. I'm trying to contact the manufacturer directly - just wondered if anyone knows what happened?

I'm looking for recommendations......The pipe coming from my boiler is leaking so it wont maintain pressure and the bathroom radiator (which is a rubbish towel radiator anyway) isn't getting hot....I would like a couple of free quotes to compare what needs doing and prices. I haven't had great experiences with plumbers in the past so thought I'd take some advise from here - thanks in advance Chel

Hi, Can anybody recommend a good decking paint or varnish....or whatever the best thing is to use? Moved into my house last year and the garden is half decked but it's a right mess, the varnish is peeling and flaking off. I think it'll take me ages to get the old stuff off and in a reasonable state to re-apply something. Any good suggestions? thanks Chel
