if sheffield council are not bothered about recycling why do they provide blue wheelie bins when i lived thier it was for paper and the bins were massive. when they start charging for collections are you going to get charged per bin if so nobody will recycle . will they reduce the council tax , probably not, im all for saving resources and recycling , but councils must be pro active in doing this by keeping all services free

yes some women do do it to get thier next fix, yes some women are forced into by pimps or blackmail , and some actually do it because they cannot earn vast amounts doing a regular 9 till 5. what you suggest is that these women are uneducated, immoral and always forced by Men perhaps money is the motovating factor

i agree with everything that wiseowl says, what you havnt said is whether you would legalise it, alegalised "Amsterdam style " red light area in a industrial area E.G. attercliffe would be a better proposition for women who wish to work in ths industry, instead of making sex "seedy and forcing it underground and on street corners get it out in the open you have more chance of protecting everyone involved
