  1. Thanks for that unfortunately that was the year I was born! So I don't fit into that catergory.
  2. Anyone remember Mr Chadwick, history teacher from Hinde House late 60's and 70's?. He was good! I think he must have been a socialist.
  3. I used to go with my Dad and take our dog onto the track. We also used to go to Darnell and Wombwell I think?
  4. Sanman, what ward did your Mum work on?
  5. Dido, do you remember Billy, he had some sort of special chair, he was in some of the pics with my Dad. He must have been there from about 1948 or there abouts. He had TB in his leg.
  6. My Dad was in King Edwards for about 2 years 64-66? I got so used to visiting him there that I did my nurse training there from 73-75. He was also in there alot when he was a boy. I have lots of very old pics from then, when they were outside on the beds in the snow!
  7. I remember the vicar at St Hildas it was Ron Thompson. He used to come and visit us on Foxglove Road and have an ice cream with us. He was very kind to us when my Dad went into Rivelin with TB
  8. Anyone know what the state of Coode house, Millsands and surrounding area is like?
