  1. Hi all, We are doing a 9.5 mile, possibly less, up Kinder Scout this Sunday, meeting in Edale Car Park at 9.30am, nice and early start. It's a fairly step walk so make sure you wear the correct footwear and clothing. The views and scenery are fantastic so don't miss out, but also don't forget the clocks change Saturday night too!! All are welcome. We'll be breaking for lunch, so please bring some packed lunch and plenty of fluids. Hope to see you Sunday. For more info, visit lasseswotwalk.com or e-mail me, address is on the website. xx
  2. Hi there, I run a walking group and Outdoor clothing website for women and kids, the walks at the moment are mainly for women but sometimes the men tag along too!! We were just discussing this morning about doing some walks for young kids, not too long but something that will keep them interested and enjoyable. Over the next week i'll put something up on the Events page on my web for Children, hopefully you'll be able to make it. x
  3. Hi All, there is a group of us (Male and Female) going walking this Sunday (15th) out near Hathersage, we are meeting at Surprise View Car park at 11.30am. Everyone is welcome and all age groups. It will be around a 5 mile walk with some steep and rocky areas so please wear the right footwear. For more info visit my website below. Hope to see you there.
  4. Forgot to mention - you can visit the website for more details (Events) and the men are aloud on this one!! Many future walks will be women only though.
  5. Hi There, We're doing a 5 mile walk this Sunday 15th Oct from Surprise View Car park near Hathersage. It's a fairly easy walk but there are some hilly and rocky parts so do wear the right footwear. Everyone is welcome, all ages too. It's just a bit of fun, we don't take our walks too seriously and have a good giggle on the way. Bring packed lunch if you wish as we always stop for some grub part way and there aren't any shops on the walk. If you're lucky the Ice cream van will be in the car park but in October i'm not too sure. x
