Is there any one who can advise me whether it would be more cost effective to replace a 42" LCD TV screen or buy another tv? The tv worked perfectly until some little darling scroat kicked it out of jealousy. Or do you know someone who can give me a quote to have it repaired? Many thanks Dawn

Yes, I too have suffered at the hands of these 'clever people' altho I have won 2 tribunals against them cos of the **** ups they created against me, and then took them to the ombudsman and won that too. The heeley advice place were brilliant. Whilst it didn't help at the time, gives me great staisfaction knowing I was right and they were the ones doing things incorrectly. I was self employed but not earning enough to support myself, let alone my family. All I wished for was the day when I didn't need any benefits.
