  1. Blimey!!! R.I.P. Sad news indeed.
  2. If you just want cheap then go to direct cars, but be very picky. You can find a bargain down there.
  3. When I go I generally have jeans, shoes, shirt. As do the vast majority. Smart casual you could call it. I have seen people in trainers, but not at weekends. Its deffo not a suited and booted only place. But I wouldn't go looking like you've just finished work..... Try phoning up b4 you go, be cheeky and ask if they could let you have some entry tickets. I've known them do it before and it'd save you a tenner each.
  4. ROFLMAO.... Don't you know sarcasm when you see it..... My kids went to the dogs years ago!
  5. Posted on behalf of Craig from Listed. The main opening night for 'Listed' is the 21st July. For those of you that have reservations and for those who seem to be pulling the place down before it opens, get yourself down there on opening night. There are no VIP's, no invite only, no memberships, no-one is more or less important than anyone else! As for a dress code....what would you feel is acceptable to wear in a classy new bar on a vibrant street anywhere?? You wouldn't turn up in a hoodie, wearing trainers and scruffy jeans would you? So dress as is appropriate! Come down and judge for yourself what the venue is like, get a taste for the music and meet the guys who own it. If you need any further info contact phil@big-fishpr.co.uk The proof will be in the pudding!
  6. That pool table doesn't half need re-covering though!
  7. Blimey, I don't think you need to worry what the club is like. You may be sat outside drinking fizzy pop playing on the grass.
  8. Sounds lesbian only never mind just friendly!
  9. Council vandals, they never even transcribed the stones before breaking them. A lot of the broken ones ended up in skips in Tinsley Park Cemetery. Its been a bug bear of mine for ages now. It would have been easier to get a stihl saw cut them at the base and simply lay them down (not that most needed doing).
  10. Is anything happening with this place yet? I saw lights on, has it re-opened/re-opening?
  11. I saw some down Brightside way with one window smashed, quite a few in fact. If all the windows were smashed or 2 or 3 then you can put it down to damage from the flood, but when the drivers window alone is smashed, that smells of theiving scum.
  12. I will ask Craig and let you know.
