  1. Mr Wilson was a gent. Shame he used to carry his books round in a bucket. I remember him apologising (to us in class) for being off ill - he had stomach cancer I believe and died very shortly after. There were a few good teachers at Waltheof and Mr Wilson was up there with the best. I was there 74-80 (79/80 in sixth form) - must have known you
  2. Hi. Can anyone remind me how you subscribe to these forums ? Thanks
  3. Yes. Thanks for reminding me So who were you & your mate ?
  4. Hi Anyone remember the James's at No 78 Bramber Street ?
  5. Havn't seen Carl Shutt since he scored for Bristol City against the Blades in 1988 in the 2nd division play off - sending us to Division 3 - ******* Not a bad kid at school though
  6. You missed out there mate. Wendy was some catch as I recall
  7. Just found a site that may interest you or anyone else for our era. Pics of two reunions - http://www.katemoss.btinternet.co.uk Looks like Neils site (Neil Rodgers) another top bloke.
  8. Karen Hunt was the Head Girl with Wendy Fleetwood as Deputy. Take your pick
  9. It was Andy Kay. Can't remember any book though but he was bright. Both of them came from Darnall way, Hammerton Road School I think.
  10. Know some of them. Its a long time. Pete Carter was wellknown, remember Paul Askham but no others. You may remember Trev Jones Gary Smith Sean Checkley Andy Hannan Pete Garitty and me (Mark Pashley). Most of us were in Griffiths's class in 78.
  11. Shame. I left in 80 but did 2 yrs in sixth form (78-80). Re-union would have been good. Must have been in same year as you. Thanks for replying.
  12. Does anyone still go in the feathers ? Has there been any re-unions of Waltheof circa 74-79 ?
