I bought this debut self titled LP in 1973 and still love listening to it. It is by a band called Gypsy and was of the first double LPs made I think another one was by Chicago. Have a listen to this

Two things I hated about Bridge street was the "Jumbo " buses on the 47 - 48 route that did not have power steering they were hard work, and the fact you where facing a steady stream of oncoming passengers from the direction of Snig Hill, at busy times you just could not get off the stand.

Sorry, it was Chicken Shack that played there before they went to America and became Fleetwood Mac

I will never forget the Billy Stewart show. I may be wrong but was it not on a Sunday afternoon, I saw Billy and then rushed of to the Highway 61 to DJ, mind you it was a long time ago. Anyone remember seeing Fleetwood Mac there?

Had my photo 810 for five years now and still working perfectly ( crossed fingers ). It did stop printing for a time because I used compatable cartridges, so I used a print head cleaning cartridge and went back to Epsom cartridges and had no problems since.

The NCP carpark under the Park Inn ex Hotel Bristol is good value £1.70 for two hours and you can choose where to park. Since the IRR opened no one can find a way to get to it. Any advice please.

Your advice is excellent for insulin dependent diabetics I cannot get my head round this type 1 type 2 thing. Haydn1971 did not mention his mother was on insulin so it could be a worsening of her condition if she is non insulin dependent a visit to the doctor would be best.

Christmas card too thick so was charged £1.16

From what I remember it was a victim of its own success. -
This is a bit of a warning when sending out Christmas cards this year. I received a card from a friend and was appalled to be asked for £1 .16, the card was one of these 3D cards and was over 5mm thick so the excess was made up of 16p extra for postage and a £1.00 handling charge. So be warned if you send these types of card out with a second class stamp the person who receives it might have to cough up this money.
