No we are still going strong mate Just rediscovered SF after a while away, but we have been together for 20 years and just celebrated 11 years married. We went to Worksop in the end and didn't get to Florida until 2012!

I am taking my son for a Uni visit to University of Sheffield on Saturday and was after a bit of advice on using the tram. I have never used it before. We live at Clowne so was going to do the park and ride from Halfway. Is there a certain tram/number we have to get on and would it go all the way without having to change anywhere? Cheers

Does anyone know what times you can park in the designated areas on Ecclesall Rd before they become bus lanes? I nearly got a ticket just after 4pm the other week because I didn't realise they became bus lanes after this time, but my wife needs to park in a similar place just before 9am this Friday. I parked just opposite the Orthodontic Centre for an appointment there for my lad.

I am off out in Sheffield on Saturday night with 6 or 7 lads and was after a bit of advice on the best places to go. We usually go to Chesterfield as one of my mates is set in his ways and will go nowhere else, but he can't make it so we thought we would try somewhere different. We are all early 30’s, some of us single, some married with kids. We like a laugh and a bit of "dad dancing". the music we like is dance or trance. We will be getting a taxi home at about 4 in the morning. My missus had made some suggestions but she is into the wine bars and stuff and I'm not sure that would be for us. I don't want to end up somewhere with loads of students and kids under 20 and look like a proper plum. Cheers

Menorca is fantastic for a chilled out holiday. We have been twice, both times towards the end of September and the temperature was mid 20's both times. We always stay in a villa. Its a lot cheaper than you think. We normally pay between £500 and £700 for a week and we are right on the beach. Cala n Bosch is fantastic and has a great marina surrounded by nice little resteraunts and cafes. My kids are 11 and 8 now and they loved it. You get your own private pool so there is no worrying about getting a good spot. The people we usually book through are Villaparade, and the customer service is excellent.

Could someone give me some advice on funding an extension build. My current status is:- House value £110,000 - £120,000 Mortgaged £80,000 Our plan is to pretty much double the size of the house (3 bed semi) to a cost of about £40,000 - £50,000 ( a bit vague as awaiting quote). Once complete the house would be worth £150,000 - £160,000. Are there any companies/building societies that would lend the extra money we would need to complete the works based on the final value of the house once the extension is complete. I have spoken to a builder who seems to think there are companies who would release the extra money in stages each time a part of the extension is complete. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

No but we all daydream sometimes, doesnt mean we aren't driving safe. Have you never gone onto autopilot and ended up going the long way round because you missed your turn off?

I am buying a digital camera for my Mums 50th birthday and would like to ask for some advice. I would really like to get her one where the batteries don't need replacing every 5 minutes, so a rechargeable one would be great. I would like to get her one that looks nice aswell as taking good shots. Shes no expert so it doesn't have to be for professionals. My budget is £100. Any advice would be gratefully received.
