Just curious - why can't they take their furniture out of storage and pay that money towards the temp accom?

I wonder how much money was used to educate the 'genius' who designed the 'bassets building' down near the moor. It looks like pieces of my favourite liquorice all sort to construct a building - bloody awful and this is from someone who loves to photograph buildings. It is overwhelming and just dosen't fit.
