It gets house on right move ads in sheff property guide and they will do viewings if required. They agreed to the 1500+vat fixed rate yup and no charges if they don't sell I am going to pay 200 quid extra upfront to get a floor plan as my house is v unusual layout so really needs floorplan but also gives upgraded marketing bigger ads in prop guide etc

Hi Folks Just wondered if anyone could give me any ideas. When my UPVC patio door was installed about 8 years ago it was placed so that when open and the wind blew it had nothing to stop it over opening on the hinge and so after a while the hinge broke. We got the hinge replaced through the house insurance at the time and they put an arm on it to stop it from flying back if left open. We are now about a year later and the hinge has bust again. I was wondering if anyone could give me any ideas on how much it would cost to fix the hinge again and if there was anyone about who might be able to do it. Cheers in advance

OK Im quite annoyed. For the 2nd set of Take That concerts I still havent managed to get me and my best mate a ticket each. Can anyone tell me what the trick is to managing to actually get tickets for events on Ticketmaster when they are highly anticipated. Ive tried to do it for a number of events and have never managed to get tickets. This morning I was online before 9am refreshing the page until it became available for tickets waited for 15 mins (as informed by website) at which time it told me there was a problem with my order. I was ringing the number for the ticket line every couple of seconds from 9am. Is there anyway that makes you more successful cos Im just frustrated. Rant over

I travel from near Meadowhell to Doncaster prob about 5 mins from Lakeside. It normally takes me about 30 mins. I guess it depends where in Sheffield you are going from, if you have to do Parkway it will take you a heck of a lot longer

I was very grateful to see the bags over them tbh. Yes they reduce the speed of traffic etc but at the same time people speed up to them and then have to slam their brakes on. Personally I dont think they make the road any safer if anything its almost more likely to cause an accident. Im fed up of them as I have to travel down there to Doncaster each day.

I'm very tempted to do the Sky broadband. Will definately pay the tenner a month for unlimited download. Just remember that you arent guaranteed top download I know that in my area I can only get a max download of 2.5MB connection. It is up to a 10MB connection but it depends what your local exchange is capable of.

It might be a little late to do this, but my brother is getting married this weekend and I've been going to a pottery class for the last few months. I've made them a full chess set as a wedding present. Its not the best chess set in the world and the glaze didnt come out exactly as I wanted but it will mean more to them cos I made it.
