hay paul is that you mate................we met at the cage fighting tauniment i think cage fighting quest 6 i think it was i was with farhad, sure would love to come down and start to train again, i am busy for next few weeks but after that want to loose some weight and get some caudio fitness back

and sometimes you get to beat me up lol.....................but sometime i will come just to annoy the fighters with my eclectic style dirty tricks, but good solid instruction..........................if you wanna learn good solid martial arts you will not go wrong with afk kickboxing........proofs in the pudding 2 british champions and 5 good instructors that can fight for real

i am the only true ronin, but can i judge instead i am too old and past it to fight..too many injuries

hay guys and gals dont matter what style you practise or teach as long as the student isnt been ripped of to the max like most clubs do, take you money and show you something which is not actually to the spirit of the style then palm it of as being authentic lol thats dam annoying............ if the the number of times i have been to clubs i got a penny were they have taught jiu jtsu saying its true bushido/samurai or bjj when in fact its just tripe i would be a rich man. be thankfull in shefffield we have a network of respectable clubs that are teaching good martial arts not rubbish, even if there might be politics between the instructor they still share respect between them

hi paul wher abouts are you doing the bjj, as i might be ineterested in getting fit again i aint trained properly since 1998, have done a bit now and again mostly street arientated fighting, but not any serious grappling
