  1. You are nothing but a grass...snitch...coppers nark... Low life. No one likes a grass Mr Benn....believe me!! I deal with REAL villains every day and if I was you I would be careful telling all and sundry about yiur informing havbits. Go and make love to you 4 X 4
  2. Can I just say. The thread WASN'T about this woman OR me it was askng if you could do a Bailiffs Job and still sleep at night. Can we PLEASE stick to the point. Thanks
  3. Ordinarily yes but she wasn't on benefits. Her Husband worked, lost his job and then left. He hid the bills and didn't pay... she didn't know and she is left to sort it out. Let me just say they are residents of Kent and the Council Tax is well above what we pay in this neck of the woods. He now has a cushty lifestyle in Cyprus (need I say more)
  4. Yep £85 quid. There was no go on the attachment of earnings because she didnt work.. she couldn't (child care)
  5. She has every reason mate..... If I was her I would be setting the record straight with the council.
  6. Get your facts right!!! depends if they are " In house Counsel" employed by solicitors and take on the same responsibilities.
  7. 1) Magistrates and liability order granted. 2) A number of ways of enforcement...attachment of earnings...Bailiffs and seizing goods....Bankruptcy if over 800 quid....commital to prison. Hope this helps
  8. Ok Strix. Briefly..... Husband made redundant...leaves matrimonial home...she thinks all is ok... he has hid letters and demands... first thing she knows....Bailiffs turn up ( Could name the firm but wont) ....she gets the bill plus ridiculous fees on top. I don't seek to condone the missed payments but as my thread said, I was seeking views on the issue and NOT on me. As far as late night advice is concerned, In addition to my working day, I am available 24 hours on 5 days of the month. My colleagues do the same and between us it means we are contactable 24/7 365 days of the year. I appreciate that a forum as big as this is going to attract a number of Morons but thank god for the likes of you. Hope this helps. Finally, despite Cyclones post, I never said she was from Sheffield. Indeed, she is so far away I doubt she has ever heard of SF.
  9. Bailiffs fees were 478.22 plus vat. Thanks for a sensible post.
  10. Bang on!!!! I am on call until 9am in the morning. Thanks
