  6. Buy a roll of galvanised wire and fasten it with staples along the bottom rails of all the panels so they are all fastened together,can't be lifted out.

  11. I think the original shop was on the same side the new one is now, I remember Ray saying it was good being back on the same pitch. some old photos knocking about if you can find them.
  12. Always had time for Joe and Ray when I was a kid.Ray opened a shop near Bentley's further down port mahon when they heard the shop his dad had (The old Meadow Dairy) was to be pulled down.Both top blokes,missed.

  15. I do remember one day playing in my gran's yard (same yard as cafe) when a young lad came out of the back door to go to the outside toilet,and just as he closed the door the whole of the kichen roof fell in. he was one lucky lad.
  16. I recently found that Horace remarried to a Mary Fitzpatrick. anyone know of them and what became of Mary as i would love to see if any photos exist of my grandfather.
