well...i'm leaving the forum. but i just wanted to say everythings going ok and we have raised £100 so far from various things. i'm sorry i can't stay longer to tell you how it goes, but due to personal reasons i'm leaving. thanks for the support guys! hoping to raise another few hundred

thanks guys i think i was a bit premature in my judgement medusa...i was just so worried because i don't ever want my lula(the girl cat) to be upset because shes always loving. what we've done is made sure that the kitten can't get upstairs and then made sure the other cats can. lula get loads and loads of attention and she has begun to start purring and dribbling again which is good and she still goes out but somes straight back in...so i think i was just panicking :S kittens lovely though, it is ashame she came under such stressful circumstances though but shes in a safe place now thanks everyone!

ok...well due to unseen circumstances with thanks to a horrible person, we have now been given the kitten that my friends was supposed to have... the only problem we have though is that we have a 2 year old ish female and an 8 year old male...the males fine with her but the females horrible, makes a horrible noise everytime they see each other...so at the moment we are keeping them seperate but we are really worried that things aren't going to go well and she will have to go else where... what do we do as we weren't expecting this and we don't know how long it will take for them to settle... any advice would be welcomed sammie x

i put my rabbit in a t-shirt once in the winter when she was shivering and took her inside then took it off even though she kept trying to put it over her head again hehe

that is on a monday because i have to catch 2 buses across from handsworth to dore...but on a normal day, it is 7:26 for 8:55 which is 1 bus journey which is AWFUL i would have gone to 6th form closer to my home but i have always gone to the school i go to because we used to live closer :/

7:26am...to get there for 9:55... i hate 6th form lol...

i've seen articles on this, if i can find them i'll post them. there are undercover reports about it too somewhere...not sure where though as this was like a year ago i read it. i feed my kitty cats on food i can trust and my other animals on food i can trust too its so horrible to see these kind of things

thanks shes actually a friends sister but i count her as one of mine and they live in manchester which means its hard for me to get over and help her out etc. she has been told though that there is a high likelyhood she'll be ok as they caught it early

I will also put this to the group tomorrow Kittenta, thank you so much for your support, it makes it worth while if people believe in you Northern soul, as I said, don’t worry, well done for doing something positive to help Brunette, I have contacted a woman there and she replied, we are discussing some ideas but we’re only deciding on what to do at the moment and thank you also Jomarch, I am sorry to hear about your nephew and brother and I am sorry to hear you have suffered too. We have actually had replies from the teenage cancer care unit and I am having contact with them about what we could maybe do for them Thank you everyone for your help and support, we have defiantly decided we are NOT going to give up for my friend, or for my grandma who sadly died…or for anyone else who has had to suffer. We are having a meeting tomorrow and we will finalise who we can do the best for. We have to decide quickly as we need to start planning. We decided the realistic target that we can be definite to make is £700 but we hope to raise lots lots more. I will keep you up to date on how things are going

Hey ok, well i'll start by telling the story... I have a friend, aged 13 who has Cancer...she starts chemotherapy next week... My Grandma died aged 66 last year from Lung and Brain Cancer...she was my world... My Granny had Breast Cancer but luckily it got cured and she hasn't had a lot of trouble since... A friends mum died of Breast Cancer in April... there are more stories but i don't want to go on... Cancer is a big thing in my life, it has torn apart so many people. Me and my mum have run the Race For Life for 2 years now and today me and some friends decided we wanted to raise money for something to go in either the Childrens Cancer Unit or the Adult Cancer Unit...although we're not sure yet which one... I am trying to find out exactly what they want or need and then raise as much money as possible to buy something for them. this is something that will mean a lot to us as well as the people benefitting from what we can do for them... We don't want to just raise money for a charity, we want it to be raised for something that we can physically see or know we have put something into in our city. We are also stuggling on how we could get in contact with whoever we are going to help out with this... I was wondering whether anyone knew? any ideas/thoughts welcome... Just for the record, i am NOT going to give up or forget about this, its something i've been thinking about for almost a year now. and as you can see i'm a tad confused on which unit would benefit the most from whatever we could raise for..so any suggestions will be taken thankyou for your time in reading this Sammie x
