cyclone i'm sorry you and a few others really haven't grasped the situation and for some strange reason only known to yourself need to be in view of the facts 1.The interview lasted 25 minutes not 90 as stated in the letter 2.she didn't want any of my id,cv as was stipulated on the letter 3.She lied about me attending a group interview within the time i was attending the test.thomas cook have denied that there is such a test. 4.she promised to write to me on the following friday but didn't 5.When i asked why the interview had only lasted 25 minutes she fogged me off with these things can go quite quickly and by the way never mentioned the group interview. 6.When i phoned her up to ask if i was successful she again lied by saying my details were sent on to head office instead of saying she had decided to reject my application to my face or on the phone(unprofessional conduct-even admitted by her boss who said she would get a dressing down for this alone) 7.Passed the buck by saying my invisible details were passed on to head office this was not true, she had failed to follow company policy and for that will be disciplined. Are you doubters now sattisfied that you are in view of all the facts,? it only proves how some people judge only the victims and not the perputrators in these cases.
