I agree with you Gav. I would have happily understood if there was a delay in coming to see my job and would have had no problem arranging another appointment. Next time I have a problem you will be my first choice, I appreciate good manners and a quick phone call is all it takes.

Well they didn't bother to turn up for an appointment I had with them! They also didn't bother to phone to cancel. I would NOT recommend them.

Re D&G heating not turning up I did mention that I got their name from SF but they didn't prioritise my job! Still didn't turn up.

I arranged for D & G Plumbing to come out and do a job for me. They didn't turn up and didn't bother to phone up to cancel. I would not recommend them therefore.

Trouble is that the house is in a cul de sac and so we get no passing traffic. I think the pick only came up the road because there were 2 skips on the road at that time.

I am looking for somebody who would collect 4 old central heating radiators. I had a skip a few weeks ago and a blue pickup stopped and took a radiator out and threw it in the back of his pickup which was loaded with scrap metal. I wasnt quick enough to get out to tell him I had 4 more he could have!! Does anybody know of anyone who might want these for scrap?
