Just had take away from Zeugma tonight and it was delicious!!! We've also had take away from Zeugma Iki, but I think the original restaurant (Zeugma) is much better. (Better tasting and bigger portions!)

Try Cafe Rouge....there's one in City Centre (by the fountain) and one on Eccy Rd. I had the Croque Monsieur there.....SO GOOD!

I agree with Wasabisabi. They probably have the best Japanese food in Sheffield. They also have a separate section of the restaurant for Teppan, where a chef comes to your table and cooks most of the meal in front of you. It's expensive, but a good experience! Probably not the best restaurant for a date (it's always really busy), but Noodle Inn (NOT Noodle Bar) on London Road has really good food. Big portions and good quality ingredients. I've said this on another thread, but the Roast Pork on rice is REALLY good, especially when it's really crispy.

Hey Big Rod, thanks for your reply. Well i do know a bit about football, and I do use the word "bit" loosely. I'm actually really surprised that there are no classes here for adults on how to learn football, especially since football's so popular here. Back home ice hockey is the big sport and they have lessons there for all ages, I mean if it's the most popular sport you would think that there would be enough interest from people of all ages to learn. I actually wrote the Sheffield FA to see if they could recommend some place where adult lessons would be available and they wanted to send me a coaching brochure? and when I wrote back that this wasn't what I was looking for they just never got back to me. I'm starting to think that lessons for adults just don't exist.

What do you guys think about my fav Chinese place? NOODLE INN?

Just moved here from Vancouver, Canada.....basically the chinese capital of Canada....and I know good chinese food. I would have to say that they best chinese food in Sheffield that I have found so far is NOODLE INN on London Road. And the best stuff there? Definitely the ROAST PORK. Mmmmmm!
