  1. A lot like this place then, never changes, same old faces, maybe new user names, same crap. First post on here for ages and nothing has changed. Time to delete me thinks.
  2. Some people will never be happy with what is done, they are used to being treated well, unlike us up here, so it makes a change for good comments from us up this way. Bruno.. i am with you, get ya bloody shovel out and dig in instead of sat on here moaning!!
  3. I must say a huge well done to the lads from Amey who have done a very good job so far this year. I had just cleared two tracks up our road today, which never ever gets gritted as it is unadopted, when the gritter went past at the bottom. He carried on on the road he was on and then came back past the bottom turned around and reversed up and gritted the whole of the road. I had a few minutes chatting to him and he said they were not meant to do our road, but the men in charge had told them to be on the lookout for such roads now the priority roads had been cleared and to do them, he even made a note of it to pass on as in need of doing in future. I did offer him a cuppa but he said he could not as he was on a tracker, so i would say to his gaffer's, give the lads a break, they deserve a quick brew now and again. Well done to them all and a big thank you.
  4. They have been out postering maryjane, its all over facebook and there are people out looking for this puppy, but as yet to no avail. The police are also following up leads but again no joy as yet. Fingers crossed she is found soon.
  5. This may be a long shot on here but it is worth a try. This puppy was stolen from the Stocksbridge area, she is in need of veterinary treatment ASAP so it is important that she is found and reunited with its owners who are frantic with worry. It is not our puppy but any information will be passed on. Here is a link to another site she is on. http://www.doglost.co.uk/poster.php?dogId=43283 Thanks.
