So avoid just because they use subcontractors? Does anyone recommend a company that doesn't use subcontractors?

Have now had a few quotes from various double glazing companies. I like the look of Sheffield Window Centre, who I know get good recommendations. Has anybody any recent experience of Polar Windows of Chesterfield? They are a bit cheaper and I really like the look of the frame profile they use (Profile 22 fs70 which is sculptured). Or can anybody recommend a company that uses a similar profile?

I live at the other end of Graves Park (meadowhead end), leading up to one of the car parks. It is hard enough for me to park outside my own house in an evening, or at weekends as it is, as it is for any visitors I have. I imagine that people visiting the park will park on my street,rather than pay to park in the car park. Does anybody know if there are plans to create residents parking around the park?

Did I hear that Ridgeway Road was closed Gleadless townend area? only half heard it on radio sheffield. quite a main road I would have thought. CCTV camera is completely white.

Can anybody recommend a good car valet service in the S8 area, or not too far away. The car needs to go back to the lease company looking as good as new I expect. Not easy with 3 toddlers!

Anybody know were the name Moonshine Lane comes from? Isn't it a drink? Quick look on Google maps shows that there is only this one in UK, but quite a few in US.
